A successful implementation is
only as good as the planning that went into its deployment,
data and hardware it ties into, enabling ease of use by users
and employees. We also realize that challenges can occur when
an organization introduces a new system. Therefore, PeopleSense
has developed an implementation methodology that combines our
expertise and resources with the client’s commitment to
engage and successfully integrate the Abra Suite software solution
into their business processes.
A statement of work is created as a custom roadmap outlining
the scope of the project, so that all involved will have a blue
print to achieving a successful implementation. To develop a
solid foundation, a pre-implementation project team meeting
is coordinated to provide guidance to a project plan. Topics
include reviewing your organizations strategic goals, identify
required and available resources, establishing a training schedules
and reviewing project milestones, dates and deliverables.
PeopleSense will assign a Project Manager and Implementation
Specialist that will work with your project team members. They
will assist with the required business rules and system setups,
developing custom reports and interfaces, and verify that data
conversion is correct. We are also constantly testing the system
at every operational level. All work is documented and signed
off before proceeding to the next implementation action.
As the implementation is close to completion, the Implementation
Specialist will have a meeting to review that the business objectives
defined and agreed to have been met. Acceptance will only occur
when all verifications and any outstanding issues have been
addressed.
